Restoring Your Driving Privileges
The law is constantly changing for DUI, DWI, OVI, OMVI – also known as “drunk-driving" cases so it is important to hire an attorney that stays on top of all the legal considerations and options to consider to get you able to drive again.
The State of Ohio immediately suspended your driving privileges under the Administrative License Suspension (ALS) act.
The Ralph Bauer LPA office can petition the court to consider these immediate actions:
- Throw out the ALS suspension,
- Stay the suspension, or
- Grant temporary limited driving privileges for work, school, medical, and family needs.
Depending on whether a you have a prior DUI or a refusal of the blood alcohol test on their record, these privileges may be granted as soon as 15 days after the date of arrest.
If you have been arrested for a DUI, DWI, OVI, OMVI - It is imperative that you contact legal representation immediately. The police and the prosecution are not looking to help you or to cut you a break!
The Attorney at Law Ralph A. Bauer LPA office will fight to protect your rights.
